fall recruitment
by: GuWhat's up with these dates for fall recruitment for frats? One is before all the events and one is after. If I go to the later one, are my chances lower to get a bid?

No, your chances of getting a bid will not depend on which IFC Formal Recruitment event you attend. However, you must attend at least one of them in order to pledge a fraternity (in addition to registering for recruitment at www.NYUIFC.com).
Fraternities will be holding events over the course of two weeks, which you are free to attend at your leisure; attending individual fraternity rush events will be the deciding factor in whether you get a bid or not.
