How do rankings work??

Im thinking about joining a sorority at nyu and see a lot of people talking about rankings. Genuine question: what goes into the rankings that make a sorority “top”. I just want to understand to make a better informed choice

1) which sorority has the most blondes
2) which sorority has the most skinny people
3) which sorority has the hottest
4) no weird interests

the rankings are pretty arbitrary. I would look through the different orgs instagrams, see if you already know people involved, and sign up for recruitment at whichever ones seem to have people you'll vibe with the most. go into it with an open mind and you'll have the best chance at joining an org you'll want to stay a part of.

attractiveness and vibes. diversity is also important at nyu which is why aephi isn't as high up as they used to be, they only admit one type of girl
