Your rankings are legit. I'm in AST and it's ruined my NYU experience. AST is bottom tier 100% and no one from my high school or hometown has ever even heard of Alpha Sigma Tau. I wish to god I had joined Delta Gamma instead. DPhie has come up the rankings. When I was a freshmen, they were barely mid-tier.

KKG Is better than Zta. Zta isn't low top to me at all, barely a bottom ringer. DG is way better than AST though. And pi phi seems like a no name group.

seeing so many inaccurate rankings these days so here’s THE truth based on popularity and desirability (tbh all orgs are great just really depends on what vibe you fit bc they all kinda have their own vibe/type of girl)
Top: Dphie, Aephi
Lower Top: ZTA, Kappa
BIG gap
Lower mid: Pi Phi, DG
Gap
Lowest: AST
For frats it’s harder to judge bc tbh they’re all bad but the only frats that consistently mix with top sororities and have hot girls show up are Aepi, Zeta Psi, DKE, and Fiji. ZBT might have a packed party here or there but have never once mixed with Dphie or Aephi

when kappa doesn’t even do spring recruitment…so it won’t even be it option for the people out there that want to believe all the rude and insecure people on here who bring down kappa and other orgs left and right to make themselves feel better…it’s obvious what org ur trying to protect…
