kappa sig

Hey guys, I'm not sure if I will be attending NYU next fall, but if I do I planned on pledging to Kappa Sig. Apparently the NYU chapter is unofficial? I'm just wondering if Gamma Zeta has been reinstated/made official, and if it is recognized by NYU at this point. And if it's not, can students still pledge?

There is no Kappa Sigma chapter here that I know of, official or otherwise.

There actually is a Kappa Sigma chapter at NYU. We recolonized in 2009 and became a chapter again last spring. We have a good group of guys right now and expanding rapidly.

in a sorority and I have never heard of kappa sigma. DKE was re-instated this spring but i still knew them beforehand

Anyone saying Kappa Sig is recognized by NYU is just lying. Take a look at NYU's greek life page, they're not on there and they're not on IFC's new website either.

I saw a poster in a hallway in Silver advertising that Kappa Sigma was rushing this semester and they have a group on Facebook. They definitely exist.
