rushing as a sophomore transfer

im transferring to nye next yr and am planning on rushing but im nervous that it’ll be harder for me. do sororites here care if ur a second yr and will my chances at getting a bid from a top sorority be less as a sophomore transfer

Honestly, you chances are probably better as a sophomore but regardless nyu rush doesn’t really care either way if you’re a freshmen or sophomore so your chance of getting a top sorority are as good as if you rushed here as a freshmen

Last year the girls in top sororities were like 50/50 split between freshman and sophomores it felt like. NYU is so big that it’s not like you have to know all the girls going into rush. If you’re charismatic and pretty and do well during rush you’ll be fine.
