cob starts after bid day and they’ll announce it on instagram. take the day off and check tomorrow

a lot of orgs will do cob and not publicize it so if u really like an org, reach out to them!

did any org post about cob? do the pnms have to reach out to the orgs or are the orgs supposed to reach out to you

no harm in DMing an org and expressing your interest and asking if they’re doing cob. sometimes extra spots open up later in the semester too and they’d be happy to know who wants to join
