Can someone describe greek life at nyu? new student

Was wondering if someone can let me know how greek life is at NYU. I am a new student for the fall so I don't know anything about nyc or nyu. Is there a "frat row?" I know that isn't as realistic compared to other schools because theres just not enough space in nyc, but are all the frats and soroities concentrarated in one area? Also, do members live together in one big house or apartment, or is there just not enough space? Any and all insights would be appreciated-- I'm just new to both NYU and greek life so I'm just tryna get some info.
