I’m done with this

All this talk ab racism and bias during recruitment is making me question my role in Greek life. As a black woman who is new, I honestly feel like I was chosen as a poster child for tokenism and feel very unsafe. Who else is feeling the same way?

I’ve been contemplating it for a while. Ever since I’ve joined, I’ve taken a negative turn in my physical and mental health. I should feel at home in my org, but yet I don’t. I also don’t think it’s worth it paying all this money to be judged by my skin color.

yeah i'm pretty conflicted, i feel like i'm reached out to less than the other girls and everyone is already making their groups and i'm feeling excluded and i think it has to do with my skin color and size
