WHICH ORGS ARE DOING COB

can someone lease give me a clear list of which orgs are doing cob? will orgs like dphie kappa and zeta (if theye doing cob) be reaching out from a premade list of girls they liked from rush and are they not likely to consider random people reaching out over insta?

as far as we know, kappa and dg are not doing any type of cob. dphie apparently has an already made list of friends they are reaching out to. Pi phi, ast, and zeta are doing it soon so ig look out for them?
