I took a COB bid but want a different one

So just recently I took a COB bid but I reached out to a different org that was doing COB... I signed the MRABA too BUT No one from the organization has reached out since then, can I get a different bid?

You can’t rush again until formal recruitment if you signed the MRABA, they should have told you that
