PLEASE BE HONEST
by: helpI want to preface this by saying I am not trying to bash anyone, I do not get my information from online forms but I really need your help this one time because I need an unbiased opinion. The site is anonymous so please speak at will. I am a new member of dphie. They were my dream sorority and I loved them all throughout recruitment. They were fun and upbeat and kind. Now since I have joined, everything has changed. Everyone is self obsessed, there are so many unwritten rules, and cliques. It seems I will be judged for everything I do. Please help, someone with experience- what is DPHIE really like??? Before I commit and while there is still time, I would like to know the truth!! I would not be asking on here if I had anyone else to turn to.

I am having a difficult time believing you are sincere and just not trying to bash this sorority. In literally a matter of a few days you’ve determined “ Everyone is self obsessed, there are so many unwritten rules, and cliques. “We are in the middle of a pandemic and no way you’ve met everyone and what does that say about you passing judgement . Have you reached out to your pledge class or active member ? Good try .. sorry but I call BS on this post.

Are you serious? I cried all day Saturday and Sunday because I felt worthless about not getting a bid, and then it’s people like you who just want to rub it in and say that it’s garbage when so many girls did not go to bid. I’m so lucky to have done COB but many girls did not do it and don’t even have the opportunity you have. Stop complaining and make the most of it

I don't really think this is an honest/genuine post but my advice to you is: reach out to actives, go on sister dates, get to know multiple girls and ask them! They'll be honest about pros/cons. They've been in your shoes and you might make friends along the way regardless if you decide to stay/drop.
