finding friends in ur org?

I’m really fortunate that I got a bid but how am I supposed to find friends in my org. A bunch of girls in my pc have been asked out by the older sisters for them to to find their big/little. i feel like I would be bothering the other girls in my org if I dmed them to go out. What happens if no one wants to be my big?

If you think you might click with a girl reach out! Your all in the same org so you already have that in common. You could just ask for them to talk you more about the chapter dynamics outside of recruitment pressures. Good luck and I know you will find your people.

reach out to girls that seem really active in the sisterhood. (possibly girls that you talked to during recruitment!) they will be so happy and flattered! also reach out to girls in your pledge class. Everyone is joining orgs for the same reason: They want friends just as much as you do. so reach out and schedule lunches and coffees :)

I felt the same way! But then I reached out to the girl who is now my big. Turns out she was sad none of the new members had reached out to her and was so excited that I wanted to get lunch with her!
