sorority mixers?

this might sound like a dumb question... but do sororities ever mix? i'd imagine i'm not the only bi/lesbian who just joined panhel and i'm curious if that happens

if anyone is on panhel and on here reading this i would recommend ya organize something because im not in the LGBTQ+ community but ive wondered about this as well

i've been in greek life for 2 years and never heard of any orgs doing this. my friends say sometimes girls meet each other through open parties or at bars, but this is a cool idea! and just like girls who aren't into boys enjoy frat parties, i'm sure girls who like boys would enjoy girls night mixers!

I know some sororities do activities and events together like picnics, workout classes, dinners, etc. but a traditional mixer setting would be super fun too!

i think the reason frats mainly host mixers/parties is because they have a lot more flexibility than sororities do when it comes to money and alcohol. but i'm sure srats could get into an off the books srat mixer if girls just pooled some money and someone offered to host at an off campus apartment
