How do orgs know who to reach out to for COB. I read here that there is a list,but how do they know who is or isn’t?

Been wondering the same thing. Is it worrg reaching out to an org who I didn’t even get a callback?

DM panhel on instagram and ask them if anyone is doing COB. they will direct you to the right group, there's no point in dming organizations randomly
