Top 3 and parties

Do kappa/pi phi come close to the top 3 in terms of social life and parties? Are they typically at off campus parties and frats? Not that this is the only aspect of joining an org but it would be nice to know.

every org goes to off campus stuff. legit all the frats are ok and each org has their own 2-3 they mix with.
