This forum is NEVER this active. I think it has just increased because pnms didn't have a chance to talk about things in person. I think people are going on it now because it's so active, but it'll calm down. Trust me, greek life is not this toxic. I have friends in so many different orgs and I, like many others, love all of the srats so much!

literally just stop going on this website. make a group chat with your new member class, talk to them! sorority activities and big/little stuff will be starting soon so you can focus on that. but yeah, literally just stop going on this website it reinforces stupid stereotypes that no one actually believes in

alright being in one of the bottom tier orgs im biting back a snarky comment for that zeta based on current events. we have to rise above and be kinder to each other. i have zeta friends along with those in other orgs who would never allow people to speak about my org that way.

Y can't we just be like other schools like ASU where no one cares cause there's so many of them? Like it doesn't matter to frats which girls they invite to parties. Im not in greek life and I went to all the off campus frat parties last year. Let's all just mind our business and not put others down.

I think it's hard for a lot of PNMs and NMs to get off this site because its the only place a lot of us have to talk to each other outside the zoom rooms where everyone, including orgs, really only put on their best face and leave out any negative aspects or issues with greek life at NYU. It's also been a place to get info that ppl don't feel comfortable getting from the orgs themselves. Recruitment online this year is just different and part of that difference is that a lot of girls are looking for an outlet and place to communicate outside of the zoom rooms and this site happens to be one of the only places everyone has in common.
P.S. this whole ranking the new PCs is sooo stupid considering I have no idea what 90% of fhe NMs look or act like considering the limited view everyone has because of virtual-only recruitment. Also. Ranking is stupid.

This type of entitlement among orgs is in person too. I have heard a zeta active who is actually on the executive board of the org say tht dg and ast r the bad orgs..... this culture does exist here like it or not
