Rushing as a senior??

Hi!! Im a junior this year and didn't recieve a bid :(. Since there probably might not be any COB and probs not a formal recruitment in the spring, I was wondering if you can rush as a senior (next fall) ? is it worth it? is there like a quota for upperclassmen, like in SEC schools? Super uninformed about the process and would really like some info! Thanks.

I’m in the same boat as you, I’m hoping for spring recruitment as I’ve heard some rumors about that
