COB for people who didn’t go to many events

If AST does do COB, do you have to have gone to their events? How do they decide who does it?

all the orgs are doing bid day today so people will most likely hear about COB tomorrow! any org doing it will post about it on their insta and give all the info there or reach out to you directly
