since dphie hasn't reached total yet does that mean there are pnms sitting on dphie bids and haven't accepted? what are you waiting for? no judgement just curious what's holding up the decision

Correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t total just mean they sent out all the bids they’re going to send out? Meaning there may be a few who haven’t responded yet

honestly no idea, you might be right. so is there not an exact number that orgs are trying to reach? because that would be annoying since everyone has been calling this whole thing a "numbers game"

There’s a rough number they all must reach. If chapters choose to not reach that number, they are leaving room to do COB later in the semester, or even next week if they want to. Most chapters do strive to reach total though and will.
