I hate recruitment

I got no bids today and cried for 4 hours because I feel worthless and feel like I just wasted my life away these past 2 weeks. I've been too sad to even eat today and I can't stop crying on and off. This process sucks and took away the little bit of confidence I had.

hi hon– i'm so sorry that you've been having an awful day. this day will feel so small in the future, i promise you. with zta and aephi wrapped up, and other orgs deadlines approaching i'm sure more invites will be sent out in the next few hours. please eat dinner and drink water and take care of yourself. watch a comfort movie! and if none of that helps, call the number above and talk to a counselor. sending you sooo much love <3

I got prefd for zeta and aephi and didn’t get a bid for any. Those were the only orgs tht called me back. Two weeks WASTED
