Bids Coming Out.....

This might be an unpopular thought is. You know how crazy it is that like people who have bids from certain orgs that others want are sitting on them in case they get their top choice or the one they want later or in case they don't get it by the deadline. I feel like with majority of people doing it and then like deadlines come so they might not be able to send the invite out to you and you would have to accept idk you second choice....which is not bad. And I totally understand why people are waiting. If you get what I am trying to say.
