confused... so confused about this process

there was one org that was obviously my favorite, i was invited back to every event, pref included. the talk I had with the recruiter on pref night said it was one of the best she had throughout the whole process, but I haven't heard from them and now I'm seeing this org extended a lot of bids to people who didn't even go to pref night. what was the point of inviting people to preference night then? how likely is it to even hear back now?

Yeah I agree, I went to all events and pref in some orgs and I only got back 1 org where I didn’t go to some events. I don’t understand how I went their pref nights and they acted like they really wanted me. For me to wake up to this morning and then cry about it.

Hi, usually it’s a number thing in cases like that. It’s really unfortunate but the organizations can only extend bids to a certain number of girls and sometimes with the way the numbers work out some people that they may have really wanted just don’t make it. I know how frustrating that is, but don’t give up hope because more bids will be declined and then extended to someone else throughout the day.
