DG Preference Night
by: PNMI have always had a great vibe and just amazing conversations with DG. They are an amazing org and all the girls have been really nice and welcoming thought recruitment. I thought there preference night was very beautiful and special. But idk I kind of felt the feeling like if I do not choose them or like accept their bid, they will like dislike me. Like how like I am there because they like me and I should return it. If you get what I am saying. I am not saying they pressured more or anything because they did not, they we all nice but like still idk.

My two cents is that if an organization was genuine (and DG is!), they'll be just as excited that you joined the Panhellenic community as joining their sisterhood. Obviously recruiters get "rush crushes", just like PNMs have "top houses", but in the end it's about you finding your home. Trust your gut and go with whichever sorority you're most excited to join! There's plenty of opportunities to bond with women from other orgs. Some of my closest friendships are across Panhellenic!

i can say with 1000% certainty dg (along with any other org you have spoken with) will NOT be mean to you if you do not accept their bid. pref night is all about orgs figuring out how into them you are (which makes them more nervous than you!) panhel love triumphs over all else <3
