Aephi has been declining in the sense that their cookie cutter white girl rich image is becoming less and less appealing. Dphie and zeta have risen above them just because diversity, creativity, personality are way more cool these days (as it should be!). Not sure about stuff going on internally in the org, this is just the way their ranking has been affected.

It makes me so sad when girls try to tear down orgs to maybe make their org look a bit better. Pls stop Kappa! It’s not nice to lie about ranks and confuse PNMs.

No they’re just all online from defending their current chain going on and have a habit of trying to bring zeta down to their level so they can maybe be perceived as higher. No comments were deleted!

to be fair, i don't think aephi has dropped below zeta. aephi raised like 3x what zeta did in NYDM and is just generally more involved in panhel and mix more frequently. it is interesting to see how much push there is to convince pnms that they have though, and bringing in other orgs that aren't in the conversation.

I can agree with this. Although I don’t think Zeta has surpassed Aephi, they’re either at same level or interchangeable now, for sheer philanthropy.

Okay I’m also trying to keep up. I think it’s either Kappa or Aephi trying to take down zeta? And kappa was brought in cuz this is like a pattern maybe? It’s just a bad look... @ whoever is doing this!!!

i take it your a PNM. get off this website because it won't help you make a decision. anyone can hid behind a screen so your decisions should come from your conversations in the room and if you see yourself with that org. let's end these discussions about ranks because they really don't matter and they hurt PNMs.

their main point during recruitment is philanthropy/nydm, but their lack of poc is starting to outweight the fact that theyre rich and can contribute to charities more than other orgs. even if they do pull a diverse pc this year we’ll never know if they actually wanted those girls or just feel like theyre pressured to do so from all the backlash

I feel like it’s a difficult situation. Like if they get a diverse pc people will say they just did it to avoid more backlash, but if they don’t, they still won’t be diverse. I guess my question is what are they supposed to do here?
