snap bidssssss?

just was wondering how snap bids work like say an org gives you a bid on sat but you wanted to see if another org which you didn't attend pref for would offer you a bid later on in the day, would you have to first decline the org's bid to be considered for a snap bid or can you wait and see if that makes sense

You can wait but only wait if you would be so so excited to get a bid from the first one that gave you it, because while you leave them hanging they could be offering someone a spot that actually wants it and you may never get a bid from anyone elae
