upset with this process

i know i'm not alone when i say this process has been super demoralizing for me. after round robin, i felt like i made some really good connections with a bunch of orgs, especially pi phi, but have only been invited to two orgs since. then i got dropped (i think) by kappa and have literally no clue why. i feel like this process has been really impersonal over zoom and orgs arent giving girls a fair chance :( every other pnm i have talked to feels the same way and i am just very disappointed with how this has gone. anyone feel the same way?
