for anyone who dropped out:
what is the exit interview like?
i really don't vibe w this process any more. it's not doing me any good and i'm not getting invited to top picks anymore. should i just informally "drop" (e.g. decline invites from orgs i'm not vibing w anymore) since that = no bid or should i formally drop?

Formally drop them because they are girls that actually want those other orgs and you could be taking their spot:)
