No invites for pref???!!!!!!

I was only getting invites from two orgs and now that zeta sent their last invites out I’m officially down to one. I highly doubt I’m still in the running if I don’t get invited to pref what am I gonna do now? This whole process is tearing me apart I thought they liked me?!

same i feel so disheartened i really thought i was clicking with the zeta girls and that they liked me :(

I literally opened my heart to them ab how I connect deeply do their cause and it was super personal and now I’m cut. WTF do they want me to say?

the process is surprisingly stressful. honestly didn't think i would care that much but sometimes moments like these hurt more than i thought they would lol

no dphie hasn't sent out pref invites yet she's prob talking about being cut from a previous round

but yeah i got cut from zeta after a really personal conversation and it HURT. i went into this thinking i would be super chill about everything, and i ended up crying over an org lmaoooo

If I come out of this process w no bids this will really be a waste of my time. I always made sure I kept conversation and they just don’t consider it. I swear to god they should just be honest w us what is so hard ab telling us that when we’re cut we’re cut? Pls don’t lead us on like this it ruins us.

This is my second time going they recruitment bc last year I was cut from all the rounds before I even got a chance. This year the same thing is happening and I have been preparing for recruitment for the whole year! I don’t know how they pick people but it has really lowered my self esteem. You guys let 600 girls sign up in the first place. Make room for them or limit the amount of sign-ups!!!

i agree with pnm. there were some pros to recruitment this year compared to regular recruitment, but there were also new cons. this was HARDLY a mutual selection process because pnms didn't get any opportunity to rank their choices

no matter what you ranked, the orgs' ranking still weighed more. you could still get dropped by your top 3 after day 1
