Rounds of recruitment
by: PnmWait so if you’re invited to a second round but then didn’t receive an invite in the third round does that mean you are dropped for good? Or are there more possible events?

hi! I see a lot of questions about this. this isn’t a regular formal recruitment. this is COB which stands for continuous open bidding. every event you get invited to DONT treat as a round because sometimes it’s not necessarily true. in formal recruitment it works as rounds and if you don’t get called back you’ve been dropped. Because this is COB some pnm’s have ample opportunity to get called back to a third or fourth event even if they didn’t get called back to a previous one. it all depends on the organization. hope that helps! i can clarify a little more if you need it.
