Different Rounds for orgs

Hey someone pls help me understand. I’ve been told by my RG that some orgs r having multiple events like up to 5 and it’s ok if u don’t get invited to all of them. Is this the case w orgs like aephi and dphie?

idk about dphie but i know some girls who got invited to aephi's second event but not the first so?

Yeah I got invited to their first event but not this one I was wondering if tht means I’m cut or still being considered.
