do invites all come at the same time??

ik some friends who got all the invites and others who got none and then others who got them scattered or delayed. they're also all really similar types of people so doesn't really make sense to me. do all invites come at the same time?? do they invite people in waves for each event?? just rly overwhelmed.

is the timing of invites based on what time ur wave was? (e.g. wave 2 vs wave 1)
