how do orgs even decide which people to send invites?

the round robins were so short. i literally talked for < 5 minutes for each. how do orgs deny / send invites based on that and how do they even remember?
also does the time you get your invite mean anything or is that administrative

hi, i would direct this question to your rg but I will take a stab at it. most orgs (i assume) will be keeping an open mind and inviting most girls back. you would be surprised how trained girls can be at finding red flags. sometimes the PNM's are also rude to orgs they don't want and that leaves a bad impression. i would suggest pnms keep going to every event they can or are invited to in order to really find their home. lastly, i dont believe timing on invites means anything its just overwhelming to the teams sending them

thanks! yeah i didn't do any of that cause obviously none of that is acceptable. idk i haven't gotten any invites and i'm a bit worried bc i was part of a sorority at my last uni and i rly liked it. recruitment was rly smooth for me considering it was more of a stereotypical greek uni too. and then like nobody invited me back and i was confused nyu already feels so isolating i feel like i should've just stayed at my past uni so now i'm just trying to think abt what i did wrong
