Hey guys, I have a friend up in NYU but there isn't a Theta Chi chapter there. I plan on visiting and being in the area at some point so I was wondering who has open parties often, or who throws the best ones?

I know Kappa Sigma had one this Halloween, but I haven't seen them otherwise. FIJI have frequent open parties, their last Halloween one was fun. Zeta Psi had some earlier too. ZBT had one that was okay, $30 was too expensive for what it was worth though. Some girls from sororities throw parties at their apartments.
