recruitment question

hi!!! i'm a little confused about the structure of recruitment - are there rounds or different days? my friends going to some other schools say there's a open house day and a philanthropy day -- will we have the chance to learn about all the sororities? ive been reading online and your supposet to talk about different things depending on the day
