don't bother with the new frat

saw on reddit there's a new fraternity tryna colonize. obviously if you vibe with the guys, that's your prerogative, but don't think that a brand new colony is gonna get the same mixers as the chapters who have been here for years. if you're a dude rushing in the next year or two and are looking for a solid brotherhood with consistent parties, you're better off with already established fraternities.
wishing y'all the best of luck with colonization tho. it'd be nice to get more fraternities back on campus. deuces.
