bottom tier?

For sororities, what makes DG and AST bottom tier - is it solely based on physical beauty and looks, is it social, or is it the overall quality?

a bit of everything goes into rankings. looks, mixers, social events, quality of girls they recruit, relationships with frats, relationships with panhel, etc. that said, its still possible for girls to find their homes here and be happy when they join

a lot of it has to do with how girls appear outwardly, especially to frats and other sororities. looks go into it, as well as how their parties are, but a lot of it is also how trendy they are, how put-together the people are, how unified they seem sisterhood-wise, how successful their recruitment is, and how selective they are.
