How hard is it to get into a sorority as a junior?

It depends on the sorority to be honest. Some are super selective and some aren’t as selective, those will probably be easier. But honestly speaking from someone who has been on both sides of recruitment, if you really click with a sorority they’re going to want you no matter what, so don’t be discouraged.

honestly, if you do formal recruitment in the fall, be prepared to get dropped by a handful of orgs right off the bat, but if you're open to any sorority, stick with it. some orgs will definitely count it against you, but if you really vibe with one, they might not care. for a lot of the orgs it boils down to their numbers. but at the end of the day you might have an easier time with informal recruitment.

I rushed as a junior (never saw myself as the sorority type) and it was one of the best things I ever did so I say go for it. Worst case scenario if you don’t like it you wasted a few hours having to make small talk nbd
