Yeah - that makes sense. Reading posts here is pretty off-putting. But keep in mind that most of the people posting here, including me, are not members of NYU Greek Life. Many are trying to make Greek Life look bad, regardless of where you go, and others go to NYU and post as if they are in one group when they are actually in another b/c they are insecure about their affiliation or feel threatened by the successes of groups they don't belong to - as if that is somehow damaging to their own group. The rest are nonmembers who know just enough to sound like they are experts and post just for fun to get people riled up. Greek Rank info should be taken with a grain of salt. Everyone I know who actually goes to NYU and is affiliated with a frat or sorority seems to really love their brotherhood/sisterhood. If people would worry about their own experiences without degrading the experiences of others on an anonymous forum, we'd all be better off. Check it out for yourself, and forget most everything you are reading here.
