tips?

What are your best tips for recruitment? I'm really nervous about rushing this year since last year I rushed and didn't get a bid (was called back for a few but dropped the third day). Any things to keep in mind to hopefully change that this time around?

Just be yourself and trust the process. I know it sounds cliche, but everyone ends up where they're supposed to. Good luck!

Well since you already went through the process if I were you I would be so much more confident going in this round. You have experience and know how it works so just have confidence in yourself. It's just a bunch of conversations and if you put your best foot forward, are positive, (don't talk about how u got dropped even if people may remember you), and just try to get to know a girl better to see who she is as a person, then I'm sure you will be much better off this year❤️
