sororities

im an incoming freshman and i was just wondering how kkg, zta, piphi and dg are at nyu? im from arizona so i know of those because they have a bigger name nationally. I know nyu has dphie, ast and aephi but those dont have such a big name nationally, does anyone have an opinions? i know sororities are different at every school so i just wanted to get an idea before jumping into rush blindly

Those chapters are all fine. Don't worry about what has a big name nationally. If you feel a connection to a chapter at NYU, and you are invited to join, join. You can make your alumnae experience good no matter where you live, but for now, worry about what is happening at NYU.

Ignore the trolls who are on here ripping one chapter or another. The fact is that all NPC sororities offer similar (if not identical) opportunities. You should based your choice of sisterhood on how you feel & don't let a bunch of faceless people on the Internet influence you.
