junior frat trasnfer

I know this may sound weird, but I left my old frat at NYU because it was having some internal problems and I was wondering what the chances were I would be able to rush and get a bid from another frat as a 2nd semester junior? Just trying to brainstorm options.

"I am arguably one of the biggest faces of Kappa Sigma and if I am no longer a part of this fraternity, tensions will rise and a rift could be created along with the reputation of this fraternity can further deteriorate if I’m not at the helm and if I have to tell numerous friends and other social chairs that I am no longer in the fraternity"
