Sororities should do formal recruitment in the spring or at least all should participate in spring since formal recruitment is a lot of time/work/planning, just seems like a lot of people are interested and it'd be a really good way to make greek life bigger and better instead of making people wait just for the fall!

I 100% agree! people are hesitant in the fall because they don't know if they should wait until they're better adjusted.
