did you rush already? cause if they cut you once they'll cut you again, and it's dumb wanting to rush them again if they don't want you anyway. try to join one of the orgs doing informal

See if you like any organizations in the Spring. (By that I mean go to an event and actually talk to them. This website is so janky and not a good representation of any organization.) Meeting whoever does Spring Recruitment does not mean that you have to for sure join them. If you are not interested in ever doing Spring Recruitment than it sounds like you have to wait for Junior year to try. Is it more important to you to be in a sorority and experience a longer time with them, or to be in one specific sorority? There is also the chance that you might not get the one you wanted. Despite what anyone says, it is slightly harder to go through Recruitment as a junior. I did it because I was in almost the same scenario as you. You get some weird looks, people question you. In recruitment instead of them getting to know you, they want to know why you rushed so late. Waiting to try to join one specific one means you miss out on an additional year and a half of sisterhood, and you still might not even get into the one you waited for. Also regardless of what org you join, you can still talk to and befriend girls from any sorority. It is a person

depending on which sorority you can get in as a junior if you're a good fit. however, since aephi & dphie get to be very selective (they're always top choices during rush) and zeta gets pressure from nationals to prioritize freshman, you have an even smaller number to pick from
