fraternity analysis

Just wondering if you guys agree with my analysis/ranking

1st Pike: probably the most attractive fraternity on campus. Can definitely be a bit douchey but also have nice guys. They have good parties , probably the best parties on campus. I feel like they're declining and Zeta Psi and Fiji are getting a lot closer. They're still quite a bit ahead but that could change

2nd Tie FIJI/ Zeta PsI: it's hard for me to choose between these two.I know some sisters that prefer Fiji because they have good parties and some of the most fun and nice guys on campus, plus they're pledge classes are becoming more attractive. But there's also a lot of sisters that like Zeta Psi since they are rather attractive and also have good parties. I personally think they're a bit awkward and not talkative at mixers but other sisters love them. Maybe a slight nod to Zeta Psi but I could see that turning if Zeta Psi keeps they're big heads and tries acting like pike still.

3rd ZBT: I've only mixed with them a very times but they seem to be very nice. Maybe the most genuine guys on campus, but they're also pretty awkward. Most of my friends left early at they're mixer. There's of course a few attractive guys but not a lot.

Then the rest

Also Aepi isn't ranked bc they're off campus now and we didn't even mix with them last semester bc of that. Obviously they're a good looking group of guys and throw great parties.
