Do girls get eliminated from certain houses each day or no? Do you rank your top picks or no? do some firs not get a bid at all? Tips for making it into your top choice?

Yes you get eliminated from at least one house each day. You do rank your top pics. And of course some girls are left bid less or drop out altogether, but this does not happen a lot.
Tips for getting your top choice? Keep an open mind, the sororities all have a lot to offer so your" top choice" may not be your best fit!

Thank you! I know I should have an open mind but I really really have my heart set on two of the houses. I'm just afraid I'll be overlooked because there will be so many girls looking at them as well. If you don't mind answering another question, how do they begin to narrow down the girls they ask back after only meeting them for one day? Is it like in the movies where they look at your picture, or do they look at a resume, or what?

it's a mutual ranking system. each day you see less houses but for a longer period of time. the idea is that pnms and chapters have a better idea of who they want as the week goes on. each sorority has a different process of deciding which pnms they want. mine was not like the movies. the best thing you can do is make yourself memorable to sisters so they remember you when they discuss everyone. each year so many more pnms come out to recruitment so you have to make yourself memorable and form true connections with the sisters you meet
