How do frats host parties without houses? Where do they take place and how often?

Clubs, Bars, Apartments, Rooftops, Lofts, lounges, etc. The list goes on. Parties thrown by frats here are so fun because the you literally have NYC at your disposal.

and they happen all the time. The top tier frats seem to switch off and alternate or co host or throw different events at the same time. Point is, theres always something to do

Anyone can go! more often than not youll need a fake ID through.

Everywhere! Lounges, bars, clubs, apartments, rooftops, you name it. It is pretty much crucial though to have a fake so you can actually get into those at bars etc.
