Strongly agree. But I might put Pi phi ahead of AST, not tied. just personal preference

Nah AST is tied with piphi definitely.
I think this list is 100% accurate.
If anything maybe zeta is a bit higher

Pi Phi always gets the girls Kappa wanted and Kappa always gets the girls AST wanted. It should be Pi phi, kappa, and then AST.

not everyone goes into the rushing process wanting to be in dphie and aephi.
also those who get dropped from dphie and aephi and don't want to be in other sororities, they mostly altogether drop out.

Not mean. Doesn't seem like that many people drop out if they don't get their top pick. So if your top pick was dphie, you might look to zeta as an alternative for example. Or if your top pick was AST, maybe if they drop you you'll consider a different org. Like that's just how it works.

I think it's more like
Dphie/Aephi
ZTA/Pi Phi
Kappa/AST
DG

Just like numbers-wise during recruitment this is essentially what it is. When it comes to the tied pairs like ZTA and Pi Phi, Kappa and AST, it's sort of splitting hairs and it's hard to generalize between the preferences because it's often 50/50. ZTA a little higher than Pi Phi though. AST and Kappa are pretty tied.
