if you're looking to overpay for mediocre parties and to hang out with a bunch of simps look nowhere else. you can pay zbt's outrageous dues for there very normal crowded apartment parties but hey, they do some philanthropy and had one mixer that lasted less than an hour

not sure if a single one of their new brothers is above a 7 lol. def used to be one of my fav frats but with the seniors graduating i wouldn't stay away, id run away maybe throw more then one good party for a better ranking?

used to be my favorite frat. that was until one of the new brothers wouldnt stop hitting on my SIXTEEN year old sister who was visiting. dont get me wrong not all the brothers are like this but def going in the wrong direction. hope they get whats coming for them!!!!!!!!!
