Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at New York University - NYU 1.8 It's an open door policy. Anyone can get in, which means that their brotherhood isn't based on common bonds or similarities amongst brothers. If I wanted to meet random strangers I'd just greet people on the street. After talking to these guys at Club Fest and Meet the Greeks I probably won't be rushing.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at New York University - NYU 1.8 Automatic bid. I guess that's cool if you want to join a club, but not a frat. On campus involvement is on par with other frats, but their social presence is nearly nonexistent.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at New York University - NYU 3.6 Fine group of guys, but let's be honest, no pledge process = you're a joke. They are definitely one of the largest, most active chapters here and party a lot, mix often, and rush well, but it's hard to have a brotherhood when everyone is automatically in after five days.
