J's review is nearly spot-on. They're much smaller if not the smallest frat on campus which is a drawback if you're looking to build a professional network. But that negative is contrasted with a positive. Skulls offer something many other fraternities at NYU can't: real brotherhood. The Skulls seem a pretty positive group. Not as active on campus, smaller in size, but with very tight brotherhood and a pretty good social life off-campus. They're solidly in the middle tear, and a friendly group.
